How to Invest With AJCRents
– Investments are fixed-income private real estate mortgage investments, that generate monthly cash flow in the form of interest payments. Because the equities are built into our purchases, your income private real estate mortgage investments are secured by the real estate.
Quality Private Real Estate Mortgage
– We screen investments based on stringent equity and repositioning criteria; focusing on real estate with deferred maintenance and other value-add criteria. Because of our vast network of commercial realtors and other real estate related professionals, all of our investments are purchased below liquidation value, thus your investment is secured by equity and actually tied into a first position lien on an income producing real estate investment. Each property is held in a separate LLC; one property per LLC. Property insurance will be payable to private real estate mortgage lenders and all mortgages will have a legal persona.

– AJCRents and its affiliates have historically returned between 5.00% to 9.00% to investors. AJCRents, its partners, and its affiliates have never defaulted on a loan to date.
